How to Give Feedback

Help us make EpicRackets better

We value your feedback and want to make it easy for you to share your thoughts, report issues, and suggest improvements. This guide explains how to give us the most helpful feedback possible.

Types of Feedback

Choose the right category for your feedback:

Bug Report

Something isn't working correctly or the app crashed.

Examples:

  • The app crashes when I try to upload photos
  • My payment didn't process but I was charged
  • I can't edit my listing after publishing it

Idea / Improvement

You have a suggestion for a new feature or improvement to an existing one.

Examples:

  • Add filters for racket weight in search
  • Allow bulk editing of multiple listings
  • Send email notifications for new messages

Something is Confusing

You're having trouble understanding how something works.

Examples:

  • I don't understand how escrow works
  • The shipping cost calculation is unclear
  • I can't find where to set up seller payouts

Other

Anything else you'd like to share with us.

Examples:

  • General compliments or complaints
  • Questions about the platform
  • Feedback about customer support

Severity Levels

Help us prioritize by indicating how serious the issue is:

Blocking

The issue prevents you from using a core feature or the entire app. This gets immediate attention from our team.

  • Can't log in to my account
  • Payment processing is broken
  • App crashes on startup

Annoying

The issue is frustrating but you can work around it.

  • Search results are slow to load
  • Photo upload takes too long
  • Notifications are delayed

Minor

Small issues or polish that would be nice to fix.

  • Text is slightly misaligned on profile page
  • Button color doesn't match design
  • Typo in help text

Tips for Great Feedback

Be Specific

Instead of "Search doesn't work", say "When I search for 'Wilson racket', I get no results even though I see Wilson rackets on the homepage."

Include Steps to Reproduce

For bugs, tell us: What did you do? What did you expect to happen? What actually happened?

Mention Your Device/Browser

This is captured automatically in the mobile app, but for web feedback, mention if you're using Chrome, Safari, etc.

One Issue Per Submission

Submit separate feedback for different issues so we can track and address them individually.

Allow Contact

Check "We can contact you" if you're willing to provide more details or screenshots. This helps us resolve issues faster.

What Happens Next?

After you submit feedback:

We Review It

Our team reads every piece of feedback within 1-2 business days.

We Prioritize

Critical bugs are fixed immediately. Feature requests are evaluated based on user demand and technical feasibility.

We May Contact You

If you allowed contact and we need more information, we'll email you directly.

We Implement Changes

Approved changes are added to our development roadmap. Major features may take weeks or months to build.

We Notify You

When a feature you requested is released, we'll mention it in our changelog and may notify you directly.

Feedback in the Mobile App

If you're using the EpicRackets mobile app (iOS or Android), you can also give feedback there:

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Help Centre
  4. Tap "Give Feedback"
  5. Fill out the form and submit

Note: The mobile app automatically captures device information (iOS version, device model, etc.) which helps us diagnose issues faster.
