2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Listings and Sales

When creating a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items
• Set fair and honest prices
• Ship items promptly after receiving payment
• Communicate professionally with buyers
• Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell

4. Purchases

When making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount including shipping and fees
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Confirm receipt of items in good condition
• Communicate any issues directly with the seller first

5. Fees and Payments

EpicRackets charges a platform fee on completed transactions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase confirmation.

Sellers receive payment after successful delivery confirmation or after 7 days of delivery confirmation by default.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on EpicRackets:

• Counterfeit or replica items
• Stolen goods
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Dangerous or illegal items

7. Disputes

We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve issues directly. If unable to resolve, you may open a dispute through our platform. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

EpicRackets acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete sales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
